These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3888fb ("3888fb", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://3888fb.app and all associated services, products, software, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

5. You have not previously had a 3888fb account that was terminated, suspended, or closed for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a password of your own choosing. 3888fb may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment details. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual may register only one account on the 3 888fb Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 3888fb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held within them.

2. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 3888fb will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

2.1 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 3888fb account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks.

2.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 3888fb reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after due notice has been given. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. You may reactivate an inactive account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

2.3 Account Suspension and Termination

3888fb may suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect or determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate game outcomes, or provided false information during registration or verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the 3888fb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3888fb supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International payment methods including Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your account status and applicable limits.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. 3888fb does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. 3888fb reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit, and the method must be registered in your own name.

3.3 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. 3888fb does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is entirely at your own cost and risk.

3.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a legitimate 3888fb transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 3888fb reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

3888fb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotional material.
• Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game types may be excluded entirely.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address.
• 3888fb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if misuse or abuse is suspected, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee winnings irrespective of outcome.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL are subject to their own individual terms and expiry dates.

5. Rules of Play and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 3888fb Platform, you agree to engage with all games and betting markets in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

1. Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, access account features, or interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
2. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void and forfeited.
3. Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live casino tables, to gain an advantage over other participants or over the house.
4. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in connection with sports betting markets.
5. Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for processing the proceeds of criminal activity.
6. Allowing any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
7. Making any statement or representation — online or offline — that could damage the reputation of 3888fb or its affiliates.

Where 3888fb suspects that any of the above has occurred, it reserves the right to void bets and game results, withhold and forfeit balances, and permanently close your account without any obligation to provide further explanation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3888fb Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of 3888fb or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 3888fb.

The 3888fb name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 3888fb. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of 3888fb without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The 3888fb Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 3888fb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3888fb and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 3888fb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3888fb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3888fb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

3888fb reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, 3888fb will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
